Automotive Service Advisor - Uncapped OTE + 25 Days Holiday

Silcom Recruitment is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor for a leading automotive client in Ipswich. You will be the liaison between the service team and customers, providing expert maintenance advice and coordinating service appointments to ensure a smooth customer journey.

The role offers a basic salary of £27,000 with uncapped £30,000 OTE, a 25 day holiday entitlement and a Mon Fri 8:00-17:30 schedule, with 1-in-2 Saturdays 8:00-13:00.
