Purchasing Administrators x2
3 months Contracts
Woking based
Outside IR35 contracts paying competitive day rates
Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, this is a unique opportunity to join the purchasing team and an exclusive automotive environment which is undergoing a transformation and rapid growth in response to its critically acclaimed global products and best-in-class performance.
Principal AccountabilitiesYou will be responsible for the effective support of Purchasing team in daily administration tasks:
- SAP maintenance - materials prices updates, vendor data base, reporting
- Invoices reconciliation
- Database management - analysis, cleansing and consolidation
- Supplier meetings data preparation and overall support
- Daily purchasing activities - orders, room booking
Business Knowledge:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook - advanced user
- SAP environment knowledge or other MRP will be advantage
Personal attributes:
- Excellent organisational skills, deadline adherence and exceptional attention to accuracy and detail
- Time management - able to self-organize the work content
- Enthusiastic and with a high level of self-motivation to overcome obstacles
