We're hiring an experienced Automation Tester to drive quality assurance across a modern software environment using Tricentis Testim, Selenium, and other automation frameworks. If you're passionate about building robust test strategies and enjoy collaborating closely with development teams, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and execute automated test scripts to ensure functional, regression, and performance testing coverage

• Build and maintain test frameworks using Tricentis Testim, Selenium, and related tools

• Develop a comprehensive automation testing strategy including scope, goals, and resourcing

• Work collaboratively with developers, BAs, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth integration and timely delivery

• Set up and manage test environments and ensure they are properly configured for continuous testing

• Document and communicate test results, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

• 6-10 years' experience in automation testing roles

• Hands-on expertise with Tricentis Testim and Selenium

• Proficient in writing test scripts using programming languages (eg, JavaScript, Python, or Java)

• Solid understanding of test design techniques, CI/CD pipelines, and automation strategy development

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills - able to work closely with development and product teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with additional tools like Jenkins, JIRA, or Git

• Exposure to API testing and performance testing tools

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
