We're looking for a Senior Automation Engineer who thrives on eliminating manual work, standardizing processes, and delivering robust, automated frameworks. If you're passionate about building scalable solutions that reduce human intervention and boost efficiency-this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers in building automation solutions
• Identify, standardize, and automate repetitive manual processes
• Design, implement, and manage cloud and on-prem automation frameworks
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration
• Define governance and standards for automation implementations
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure high availability and performance across systems

Must-Have Experience:

• Proven track record in automation and orchestration
• Strong cloud experience (AWS & Azure)
• Expertise with observability tools: OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Dynatrace
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in remote and on-prem environments
