Job Description

Halfords Group PLC based Autocentre in Scunthorpe is seeking a Centre Manager to lead the team, drive customer excellence and grow the business. You will guide staff, manage KPIs, and ensure safe, efficient service delivery.

We offer a base salary of £34,000-£37,000 with on-target earnings up to £48,600 and an uncapped monthly bonus averaging around £11,600 annually. Hybrid training and progression opportunities are provided.
