Job Description

Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 Autism Practitioner for the Leeds Autism Diagnostic Service. You will conduct adult ASD diagnostic assessments, deliver follow-up appointments and work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
