Autism Community Access Specialist

Autism A Chara Disability Services seeks a Community Access Facilitator to support individuals with autism. You will implement and develop care plans and PCPs, while ensuring the person's needs are central to all activities.

A full QQI Level 7 Social Care or relevant degree is required, with at least 6 months' experience in social care for complex needs. Candidates must be fluent in English, possess excellent communication skills, and hold a full clean Irish driving licence to operate service
