A leading Irish owned eight partner led firm, covering audit, accountancy and tax is seeking to grow their audit team with the addition of a qualified practice accountant / Audit Senior to their North Dublin offices. Growth is organic and this is based on their high service levels, combined with new managerial talent, which has drawn new clients into the firm. Working in their offices in Balbriggan, you will avail to work from home Friday with a lunchtime finish. You will also be given regular updates to your career development. The role will collaborate with the managerial team, providing updates to senior management on a weekly basis. The role is best suited to those based in North Dublin and surrounding county Meath for an easy commute as well as joining a collaborative and sociable company.
Role- Work closely with key clients including international firms with a presence in Ireland
- Empower your juniors and review their work
- Develop and build strong client relations
- Ensure audits are brought through to the global standards expected
- ACA / ACCA or CA equivalent
- At least one-year previous external audit Irish experience in an accountancy practice
- Experience of FRS 102 would be attractive
- Experience of planning, managing and documenting full audits and accounts preparation
- Ability to successfully review the work of juniors, coupled with positive feedback skills
