An established accountancy practice in Winchester is seeking an Audit Senior to join its growing audit team.

This role is ideal for a part-qualified or newly qualified ACA / ACCA auditor with strong UK practice experience.

The Role

• Lead and deliver statutory audit assignments from planning to completion
• Supervise and review the work of junior audit staff
• Prepare audit working papers and statutory accounts
• Act as a key point of contact for clients during audits
• Liaise with Audit Managers and Partners to meet deadlines and quality standards

Candidate Profile

• ACA or ACCA qualified or part-qualified
• Previous UK audit experience within an accountancy practice (essential)
• Experience leading or assisting on audit assignments
• Strong knowledge of UK auditing and accounting standards
• Good communication and client-facing skills
