Job Summary

We are seeking an Audit Partner in St Albans to lead audit engagements for nonprofit and SME/owner-managed clients, with experience in the hospitality sector desirable. This role combines audit leadership, client relationship management, and business development within a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements for SME and nonprofit clients, ensuring high-quality audit standards
• Win, grow, and maintain client relationships with confidence and proactivity
• Develop and expand local networks across Beds, Bucks & Herts
• Mentor and lead teams, promoting collaborative and high-performance culture
• Engage in business development, identifying opportunities for growth and cross-selling services

About You

• ACA qualified (or equivalent)
• Partner or Senior RI Director experience in a similarly sized firm (Top 30 preferred)
• Expertise in nonprofit and SME/owner-managed business audits
• Experience in the hospitality sector is desirable
• Strong local networks or ability to build them quickly in St Albans region
• Energetic, collaborative, and client-focused leadership style
