Our employees operate from regional offices in Asia, Europe, North America to support the success of our clients and their relocating employees around the world.This position is responsible for global assignment services to our clients and their employees and families. To manage the smooth transition of the assignee and family to their new location, by applying the single point of co-ordination concept and provide ongoing support during the assignment, including repatriation where appropriate. ACCOUNTABILITES: This role will be to deliver the range of relocation services offered by Sterling Lexicon to its client base and to deliver financial and operational value to Sterling Lexicon. Key Responsibilities: File Management To learn and administer client's policies. To develop relationship with clients. To answer queries that the client may have about the moving process To ensure that information requested by the client is provided on a timely basis To return calls or respond to requests for information within 24 hours Highlight to the line manager any cost overruns and act accordingly To liaise with moving services dept where applicable. To start initiations To control the Transit Cover To answer assignee queries before the move is passed on to a dedicated Consultant once formally initiated To preform cost comparisons Billing files To assist with audits and follow ups To answer queries that the client may have about the cost sheets and invoices Meeting KPIsClient Liaison To keep client closely informed of progress of programme. To ensure complete satisfaction from our clients. To occasionally support relevant Manager or CSM at client meetings To update all client documentation upon receipt of new information To follow up with agents for back ups To keep Helix updated and ensure all notes screen are completed for the client to view.
