Job Description

Our client, a rapidly expanding accountancy practice, is seeking an Audit Manager to join their growing team. Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a diverse client portfolio, delivering top-tier audit, accounting, and advisory services.
  • Be the trusted point of contact, ensuring effective planning, budget control, and timely delivery.
  • Inspire and develop your team, maintaining the highest standards of work and client service.
  • Drive growth, supporting advisory projects and spotting opportunities to expand the practice.
Requirements
  • Qualified Accountant with minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience.
  • Deep technical expertise in accounting and audit principles.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple assignments seamlessly.
  • Strong leadership qualities, paired with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sharp analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proactive approach to client service and business development.
  • Adaptability and flexibility, thriving in a dynamic environment.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
