Audit Expert Services Manager UK (Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Apply your expertise in audit methodology to help design and build consulting services aimed at enabling accounting firms to perform more efficient, valuable audit services using Inflo's technology.
• Deliver a range of defined and bespoke services to accounting firms.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of processes and systems to support the delivery of consistent, scalable services.
• Work with Marketing, Customer Success and New Business teams to position, deliver and optimise Expert Services opportunities.
• Work with Inflo's Product team to apply technical expertise to platform and bespoke development, as well as share customer and industry insights to support continued innovation.
• Contribute to Inflo's thought leadership programme through authoring marketing content.
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and positive feedback from contacts.
• Provide a customer-focused perspective to ensure excellent customer service.
• Contribute to a positive team environment within the Audit Implementation Services team and the broader company.
• Consistently demonstrate Inflo's core values.
