Audiovisual Services Team Lead - Professional Services Client/City of London
Our client is looking to an AV Team Lead to join their team as they look to hugely expand their Audio-Visual capabilities as they move to new, larger premises.
Our client is a Global leader in their sector, proudly boasting an increase of over 20% to their already billion-dollar Global revenue last year.
Continually investing in technology, and reviewing the way in which is it utilised, you would be instrumental in driving change to look to ways in which the AV support strategy can be improved.
Initially leading a team of 2 AV support professionals, the role will focus on team and service management although there will still be a small requirement for you to be hands-on.

You will ensure that AV equipment and rooms are set up correctly and functioning well. You will regularly liaise with vendors with regards to repairs, maintenance and upgrades and forge a close working relationship with them.
You will also be encouraged to liaise with other offices in the global network.
This would suit an individual currently working in a large-scale corporate environment in a similar role, or indeed someone who is working for an AV vendor with experience of working on site with a corporate client. It should be noted that there are currently c1000 people that work out of this office and so experience of a fast-paced environment is essential.
Technologies they utilise include Extron, Logitech, Biamp, Shure, Cisco, Teams and Zoom.
There is a requirement to be onsite everyday Monday to Friday, hybrid working is not an option.
Key skills and experience required:
- You will have a minimum of 4-5 relevant professional AV experience, alongside a minimum of 1 years' experience in a manager, team lead or supervisory role (even with one direct report)
- In this manager, team lead or supervisory role you will have gained proven experience in conducting appraisals, performance reviews etc.
- You will have hardware and cross platform experience and be confident in your knowledge of conference room technology (eg control systems, video systems, audio conference phones, microphones, displays, speakers, etc.)
- You will be able to evidence experience supporting AV and VC installations
- Exceptional communication skills are vital as you will engage with stakeholders to Director level.
