Salary: Scale 4 (£27,275 to £29,071 pro-rata, £23,419 to £24,961 actual per year)
Contract: Permanent, full-time, term-time only

Start Date: 2nd November 2026

The Suthers School are looking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic Attendance Officer to join a warm and compassionate environment where every staff member makes a significant contribution to the experience of our students.

Your main responsibilities within this role will be to oversee and monitor attendance and punctuality of all pupils and support the pastoral team in providing appropriate support and intervention.

The Trust and school are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and we expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All staff will be required to undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check in line with DfE requirements.
