Job Description
Position: Associate/Senior Associate/Manager/Senior Manager - Content, MI (12 month fixed duration contract).
As part of Lilly Medical Information, you will develop and deliver high quality, trustworthy content that answers patient and provider questions, supporting digital self service and first touchpoint goals across multiple geographies and therapeutic areas.
Primary Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relevant product and therapeutic area knowledge (e.g., pipeline, market, disease).
- Plan and deliver on the portfolio content strategy, optimizing needs across the product lifecycle and aligning with customer and multi channel expectations.
- Monitor and analyze insights (e.g., requests, search questions, metrics) with a continuous improvement mindset to proactively deliver up to date content that satisfies customer needs.
- Enable customer questions to be answered with efficiency and timeliness.
- Author timely, customer centric content.
- Use automation and technology to enable accelerated but high quality, validated outputs.
- Contribute to functional and project needs such as writing/style guides, processes, and document management systems to optimize content delivery.
- Share product/therapy area expertise within MI to enable efficient and accurate responses to questions.
- Collaborate cross functionally as a strategic partner to support business goals and launch activities.
- Degree qualified (or higher) in a healthcare profession, life sciences, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience in a scientific communication or writing role, or in a clinical setting.
- High proficiency in written and verbal English.
- Experience within Medical Information.
- Ability to use artificial intelligence tools and perform basic data analytics.
- Scientific content capability: proficiency in MS Word (processing, tables, graphics), MS Excel and PowerPoint, and document/customer management systems and databases.
- Capability to create high quality, trusted, unbiased, and balanced scientific content assimilated from varied data sources, translating complex data into understandable, dynamic, and modular content (e.g., visualization for digital SEO, GEO/AI bots).
- Experience conducting and reviewing medical/scientific resources and literature searches, applying evidence based medicine principles.
- Proactive, solution focused, problem solving skills and strong project, time, and self management abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative nature to act as an integral strategic partner with medical information, business, and affiliate colleagues.
