We are seeking an Associate Supply Chain to support the international distribution of pharmaceutical products. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating shipments end-to-end and ensuring the timely and compliant execution of import and export activities. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

We are seeking an Associate Supply Chain to support the international distribution of pharmaceutical products. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating shipments end-to-end and ensuring the timely and compliant execution of import and export activities. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate global distribution of pharmaceutical products, including order processing and documentation for imports and exports.
- Monitor and book shipments, proactively resolving service or transport issues.
- Manage the return process and collaborate with logistics suppliers and internal departments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, distributors, and on-site teams.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to KPI reporting.
- Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP regulations and keep knowledge and training up to date.
- Master's degree, or Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years' Supply Chain experience ideally in a GMP/GDP regulated industry.
- Order Management experience is highly preferred.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in an international environment.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented and proactive.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- ERP system knowledge and prior experience in logistics and customer service with order management systems is an advantage.

- Full-time contract (40 hours per week), initially for 1 year.
