This team plays a key role in maintaining high standards of customer care while adapting to changing demand.In this role, you'll process applications, respond to enquiries, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, and Power BI. Working with colleagues across departments, you'll assess candidate suitability, support recruitment campaigns, and contribute to activities like assessment centres-sharing feedback to help improve recruitment processes.This fast-paced, high-volume role requires attention to detail, self-motivation, and a proactive mindset. You'll need strong Excel skills, confidence working with data, and the ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency-taking ownership of your work and actively developing your skills within a supportive team. Full Job Description Summary The Associate Recruitment Administrator works alongside the Associate Recruitment Advisor to screen and process all new associate applications. They deliver excellent customer service to all applicants and act as a point of contact to business stakeholders in relation to new application processing. The recruitment administrator will be data led in decision making. As a problem solver they find solutions to deliver high volume requirements and are able to reprioritise tasks as necessary, while following clearly defined processes.Landscape Associate Recruitment sits within the wider Resourcing and Talent team, within People Group. The Associate Recruitment team are responsible for the attraction, screening and referencing of thousands of applications each year. These applications come from teachers, who are our customers, and so customer care and candidate experience is critical to success. Working closely with colleagues in our Operations teams is essential - proactively engaging with candidates, assessing their suitability, and working with the business to ensure resource meets fluctuating demand. We use Microsoft Dynamics as our Applicant Tracking System and Teams/Outlook for our virtual communications. Activities Daily processing of new applications, references and emails in line with SLA's. First-line support for candidate and business stakeholder telephone and email enquiries. Collaborate with Recruitment Advisor to co-ordinate chasing of outstanding references and unblocking "stuck" applications, as well as engaging pooled candidates and ensuring retention rules are followed for unsuccessful applicants. Provide feedback to Associate Recruitment team and Business on the voice of the candidate; facilitating tweaks to messages, adverts and email templates accordingly. Produce statistics on campaign conversion rates, applicant volumes and conversion ratios and maintain a suite of reports to assist with the planning and evaluation of recruitment activity. Set up, maintain and update records and management information electronically, where possible, using the appropriate systems (Dynamics, Power BI). Work unsupervised and take initiative in taking tasks forward, wherever possible and appropriate. Work collaboratively with colleagues within the recruitment team and in other departments across all AQA offices. Assist with the production of procedure guidance files, templates, PowerPoint presentations to support the recruitment team. Support as required with recruitment from additional channels such as organisation of assessment centres, exploring international opportunities and provision of information for marketing materials. Need to know: to be successful in this role you will need Previous experience in a customer-facing role, providing high levels of customer satisfaction while delivering requirements at pace. Consistent attention to detail and process - focused on underpinning decisions with data. Broad knowledge of recruitment and/or people processes. Comfortable both providing challenge to the colleagues as well as being able to follow process and adapt to deliver requirements Excellent communication skills within team, customer and business settings. To work effectively as part of the team while also showing flexibility and ability to exercise own judgement for priority setting.
