About You

We seek a personable self-starter with a positive attitude who enjoys collaborative work across disciplines. You should establish excellent working relationships, work under pressure, handle varied workloads, meet deadlines, and maintain technical excellence.

Primary Objectives

Design, manage, and supervise projects as assigned. Lead design teams when needed, coordinate with other disciplines, and ensure detailed designs meet industry standards. Prepare specifications, reports, drawings, and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from client briefing to completion, including scope, specifications, and drawings.
  • Coordinate with the design team to produce compliant, high-quality designs.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and variations.
  • Maintain client and team relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • As a design team leader, coordinate with other disciplines.
  • Support personal training and development.
  • Implement QA and health & safety procedures, ensuring compliance with CDM regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in designing and managing water distribution projects.
  • Experience with contract monitoring and CAD software.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project analysis software.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
