An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and passionate practitioner to join the team as an Associate Postgraduate Healthcare Lecturer. You will be responsible for delivering high quality learning at postgraduate level. This role involves teaching and shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals.

What you'll be doingIn this role you will deliver innovative and high quality teaching and learning at postgraduate level that reflect the current skills and capability requirements of healthcare employers.
As such, you will be responsible for:- Prepare and deliver a high quality learning experience following pre prepared content as well as assessing students' work in a marking capacity.
- Maintain a sophisticated understanding of the current skills and capability requirements of the Healthcare industry, as well as key health developments.
- Ensure that students are appropriately supported and provided with timely and constructive guidance for their academic development.
- Accurate and timely record keeping, with a focus on maintaining a working relationship between the Trust and BPP.
- Ensuring that all academic policies and procedures of the BPP University are adhered to.
- Bring professional expertise and an understanding of the current healthcare landscape into teaching and learning.
- Working closely with Operational Teams and Module Leaders.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:
- Extensive professional experience in a relevant Healthcare role.
- Recent and up to date clinical practice.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- The ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload.
- The ability to work well in a team and be collaborative.
- Digital literacy.
