Associate Partner - Wealth Management/Private Banking

Location: London, UK
Level: Associate Partner

Role Overview

As an Associate Partner, you will drive transformation initiatives in the Wealth Management and Private Banking sector. You will take ownership of projects, act as a subject matter expert, and contribute to the growth of the practice by shaping strategy, building service offerings, and mentoring teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects on operating models, digitisation, efficiency improvement, and technology implementation.

  • Develop technical concepts and implementation roadmaps bridging business and IT.

  • Manage delivery with a focus on business analysis, quality assurance, and programme governance.

  • Define and execute the Wealth Management/Private Banking strategy and service offerings.

  • Build and lead a delivery team, hiring and developing talent.

  • Mentor consultants to strengthen expertise in transformation programmes.

  • Contribute to the UK executive team, influencing hiring, marketing, and business growth.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 6-10 years' senior experience within UK Wealth Management or Private Banking.

  • Strong knowledge of client segments, products, channels, and operating models.

  • Proven expertise in process design, programme governance, and digital transformation.

  • Familiarity with key technology platforms and information architectures in the sector.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

  • Established local network of industry contacts.

  • Combined business and IT expertise with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
