Associate Partner - Private Banking and Wealth Management

Salary circa 120-130k plus package
As an Associate Partner - Private Banking and Wealth Management within the UK Banking Advisory practice, you will operate as a senior leader with full accountability for client delivery, account growth and business development across the private banking and wealth management sector.
You will lead complex engagements end-to-end while simultaneously developing strategic client relationships, originating new business and expanding footprint in the UK market.
Internally, you will play a critical role in shaping the practice, developing talent and reinforcing culture as a high-performing boutique consultancy.
This role is suited to senior professionals with a strong industry network, commercial mindset and proven track record of delivering and selling high-value consulting engagements.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience & Track Record
- 10+ years' experience in consulting and/or senior roles within financial services.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MSc, MA) or professional qualifications are a bonus.
- Demonstrable experience in private banking and/or wealth management.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation programmes end-to-end.
- Strong experience managing senior stakeholders and complex organisational environments.
- Demonstrated success in originating and closing consulting opportunities.
Commercial & Client Leadership
- Established network within UK private banking and wealth management highly desirable.
- Strong ability to translate client challenges into commercially viable engagements.
- Experience owning revenue targets, account growth and pipeline development.
- Credibility to operate at executive level and influence strategic decisions.
Domain & Technical Understanding
- Deep understanding of private banking and wealth management business models, operating structures and regulatory landscape.
- Experience across key transformation themes such as operating model redesign, digital enablement, client life cycle transformation or efficiency programmes.
- Familiarity with core banking and wealth technology ecosystems is highly advantageous.
