The Position

As an Associate, you will lead a team internally and act as Project Lead on several projects.

You should be comfortable managing the engineering design through all project stages and developing technical expertise within the company.

Your responsibilities include regular communication with Directors and contractors, collaboration with the internal team, and sharing design ideas and project details with colleagues.
