Are you passionate about e-commerce and interested in supporting the growth of small and medium-sized businesses? Amazon is seeking an Account Manager to join its Third-Party Marketplace team in Dubai, UAE.
This role involves contributing to new business acquisition through lead generation, business evaluation, and supporting new seller launches, helping them reach millions of Amazon and Souq customers. You will build strong relationships with partners, explore growth opportunities, and incorporate seller feedback to improve Amazon's offerings for third-party sellers.
Successful candidates will possess strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, and be capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide data-driven insights and advice to seller partners to optimize their success.
- Manage your portfolio to identify growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, brands, and pricing.
- Conduct deep dive analysis on performance issues and relay feedback to product and process teams.
- Educate sellers about Amazon's standards and customer experience expectations.
- Track, analyze, and report on business development results, providing recommendations and action plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align programs that support seller growth.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Negotiation and sales skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of achieving goals in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Experience in the Beauty or personal care category.
- Master's Degree in Management, Business, or related field.
- Experience in account management, product marketing, or management consulting.
- E-Commerce or Retail experience in GCC is advantageous.
- Knowledge of SQL, sales tools, and productivity software is a plus.
