About the Role

Expedia Group's Travel Partnerships and Advertising team helps partners deliver excellent traveler and B2B experiences. The Associate Account Manager's primary responsibility is to develop and maintain a high-quality portfolio of relevant, attractive, and competitive hotel and property products for Expedia Group's fast-growing global traveler base.

What you'll do
  • Consistently leverage data specific to your market available in Expedient, Expedia's proprietary market insights and activity prioritization dashboard, alongside local market knowledge.
  • Develop and sustain strong partner relationships by providing relevant data insights and superior consulting services to hotel partners (revenue management advice, marketing opportunities on the Expedia marketplace).
  • Ensure hotel products (content, rates, availability) are consistently optimized and competitive on Expedia sites to maximize customer conversion.
  • Secure additional inventory over high demand and compression periods to satisfy customers' pressing needs.
  • Secure seasonal deals, evergreen and dynamic promotions within the guidelines set by Management to support the brands' merchandising and marketing efforts.
  • Continuously promote to and develop hotel partners' high engagement with Expedia's full suite of: Unique market insights, revenue management tools, marketing and merchandising opportunities, specialized brands, self service tools, connectivity solutions, and key support functions.
  • Execute effectively based on KPI metrics set by leadership.
  • Other reasonable duties as assigned.
  • Ensure Expedia's brands' global customers always find the most suitable hotel for their dream trip, and that partners can reach the full breadth of global traveler demand.

Compensation

The total cash range in Edinburgh, Scotland is £36,000 to £50,500, with potential to increase up to £57,500 based on performance. In Dublin, the range is €45,500 to €64,000, with potential up to €73,000.
