What you'll do
- Provide legal and regulatory advice on ESG matters across Vanguard's European products and operations
- Support with regulatory change and disclosure projects, including SRD II and the UK Stewardship Code
- Draft and review ESG-related reports, disclosures, and statements
- Conduct legal research, horizon scanning, and regulatory impact assessments
- Work closely with Investment Stewardship and Product Legal teams to deliver pragmatic legal solutions
What you bring
- Qualified lawyer with at least 2 years' PQE (asset management, private practice, or regulatory experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of ESG regulations affecting asset management
- Excellent research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a dynamic workload
