Job Description
Overview 
Associate Ireland Payroll Specialist - Join our successful payroll processing team in Andover, UK. Full training and a hybrid model with occasional onsite attendance.
Responsibilities- Learn and manage end to end Irish payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with your team and take ownership of assigned payrolls.
- Process multiple payrolls accurately, on time, and efficiently.
- Provide support to clients on payroll matters and act as a backup during holidays or emergencies.
- Research payroll discrepancies to ensure adherence to procedures.
- Reconcile and file required reports for relevant government agencies.
- Maintain payroll information and records on the CloudPay application and review payrolls each month.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel - comfortable with spreadsheets and basic formulas.
- Excellent time management and administrative skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all payroll processes.
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
