Associate HR Business Partner - Employee Relations & Policy

Derby College Group (DCG) is seeking a dynamic Associate HR Business Partner to join our high performing HR team. This hybrid role is based across our College sites with some home working and offers an exciting opportunity to provide expert advice on a broad range of employment matters.

You'll work closely with managers and colleagues, contribute to HR projects, policy development and HR training while advising on employment legislation and wellbeing policies.
