- Collaborate with civil and structural engineering teams to provide innovative geotechnical solutions.
- Leverage expertise in Plaxis and Wallap software to drive project success.
- Be part of a company that values continuous learning and professional development.
- Proficient in designing foundations (ULS and SLS), ground improvement, earthworks, and soil retaining structures/ground reinforcement.
- Experienced in assessing settlement and slopes using specialist analytical geotechnical software.
- Skilled in preparing technically accurate interpretive GIRs, GDRs, and GFRs.
- Adept at managing and reviewing the work of less experienced staff.
- Experience in costing and quoting for professional services.
- Minimum of 10 years of post-graduate experience in the ground engineering sector.
- Proven track record in leading projects and representing your company in Design Team Meetings.
- Sound commercial and contractual judgment.
