Job Description

Associate - Energy, Natural Resources & Infrastructure (ENRI) - Bristol - 0-3 Years PQE. Location: Bristol. Type of role: Permanent, Full-time (hybrid working available). Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 (depending on PQE and experience).

The Role

You'll work as part of a collaborative, high performing team advising sponsors, developers, lenders, investors and public sector bodies across a broad range of ENRI matters. Your work will include:

  • Project Finance - advising lenders, sponsors and developers on the financing of major energy and infrastructure projects
  • Corporate Transactions - supporting M&A, joint ventures and investments within the ENRI sector
  • Project Documentation - drafting and negotiating key project agreements across the full project lifecycle
  • Supporting complex cross border matters and working closely with colleagues across the firm's international network
  • Contributing to the delivery of strategic, commercially focused advice across conventional and renewable power, infrastructure, natural resources, digital assets and more

Candidate Requirements
  • 0-3 years' PQE
  • Experience in one or more of the following: project finance, project development, corporate transactions, commercial contracts
  • A genuine interest in the energy, infrastructure and natural resources sectors
  • Strong technical drafting skills and excellent attention to detail
  • A collaborative, proactive and commercially minded approach
  • The ability to understand client objectives and deliver practical, solutions focused adviceQualification as an SRA registered solicitor
