Job Description
Associate Electrical Engineer - Building Services Reading (Hybrid)
The Role- Lead electrical design delivery across multiple projects
- Oversee technical outputs including calculations, drawings, and specifications
- Manage and support project teams, ensuring quality and efficiency
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Contribute to project planning, resourcing, and commercial performance
- Mentor and develop junior engineers
- Degree/HNC/HND in Electrical or Building Services Engineering
- Strong consultancy background with experience delivering projects across RIBA stages
- Proven ability to lead projects and manage client relationships
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical design including lighting and distribution
- Experience with AutoCAD/Revit
- Chartered or working towards Chartership
