Associate Director/Director - Health Transformation Consultancy
Location: Central London (3 days office/2 days home)
Compensation: Competitive salary + bonus
About the Opportunity
Sentinel is partnering with a rapidly growing health transformation practice who are looking to bring in a senior professional to join their expanding leadership team.
This team is one of the strongest-performing service lines in the business; backed with significant investment and autonomy to shape its own future, the team is now scaling into digital transformation, service transformation, major projects and change, and organisational/C-suite advisory.
As part of planned growth through the rest of this year and into next, the team is looking for senior consultants with experience managing major programmes, advising on transformation strategy and influencing senior client relationships.

Responsibilities
- Leading and delivering large-scale transformation programmes across health and care organisations
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, supporting major change, digital, and service transformation initiatives
- Playing an active role in business development - bringing existing relationships and helping to win new work
- Contributing to the shape and direction of a fast-growing team, with real scope to influence how the offering develops
- Mentoring and developing more junior consultants as the team scales
Skills/Experience
- Strong background in health (life sciences experience also of interest)
- Senior consulting experience, ideally gained within a management consultancy environment
- Proven large-scale programme/portfolio delivery - MSP and/or equivalent practitioner-level certifications expected
- A track record of leading organisational change and transformation programmes (not just project delivery)
- Strong network across the healthcare industry
- Digital transformation or technology advisory experience is a plus, though not essential
- Energetic, commercially-minded, and comfortable operating at a senior, client-facing level
