A fantastic opportunity to join a leading professional services firm within their specialist Value Creation Services practice.
You will be advising PE-backed firms on operational turnaround, working capital improvement, C-suite advisory, EBITDA improvement, pricing optimisation, and organisational redesign.
Sitting within a wider global professional services network, the VCS practice is scaling quickly and is on the lookout for professionals who bring a blend of commercial acumen, technical capability, and hands on project delivery experience. You'll join a close-knit, high performing team spread across Europe, working directly with private equity and corporate clients on turnaround and improvement mandates.
What the role involves- Leading cost transformation, cash and working capital improvement workstreams
- Conducting operational analysis, performance baselining and identifying value creation opportunities
- Working directly with C-suite and functional leaders to design and implement practical solutions
- Leading client interviews and translating data driven insights into actionable recommendations
- Developing strategies across areas such as O2C, P2P, inventory and cost reduction
- Managing and mentoring junior team members
- Supporting business development, proposals and broader team growth
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or Business is desirable
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA qualified
- A track record delivering cost transformation or cash/working capital improvement programmes, whether from a consulting, industry, or private equity background
- Familiarity with cost transformation and programme management methodologies for scoping, planning and delivering change on time and on budget
- Solid grasp of cost drivers and levers across COGS, SG&A and R&D, including productivity/efficiency gains
- Some exposure to business development, such as supporting bid or proposal responses
- Private equity exposure is a strong plus
- Confident user of Excel and BI/analytics tools
