Associate Director, Hybrid Business Analysis & Reporting

Optum in Ireland is seeking an Associate Director of Business Analysis & Reporting to lead the Co-ordination of Benefits BAR team. You will deliver and maintain reporting, analysis, and forecasting, driving performance against budgets and targets.

You will partner with Operations, Finance and Partner Services, mentor a team of analysts, and present insights to senior stakeholders. A hybrid work model allows Dublin or Letterkenny office and remote work from home.
