Associate Director, HR Operations & Shared ServicesOur client is hiring a leader to drive a high-impact HR transformation-modernizing Shared Services and HR Operations while building a future-state operating model. You'll sit at the center of people, process, and change, partnering across HR COEs and enterprise stakeholders to create a scalable, best-in-class service delivery engine.

What You'll Be Doing- Lead the evolution of Shared Services and HR Operations to support "Movement of Work" transitions
- Design and implement the future-state operating model and org structure
- Partner with COEs and stakeholders to ensure smooth handoffs and adoption
- Build team capability through competency frameworks, training, and career pathways
- Standardize workflows, documentation, intake, case management, and escalations
- Drive change management, communications, and readiness strategies
- Establish governance, SLAs, KPIs, service catalogs, and tiered support models
- Experience leading HR Shared Services/HR Operations transformation and operating model design
- Strong change leadership and stakeholder influence across COEs and enterprise partners
- Ability to build scalable service delivery (governance, SLAs, metrics, service catalogs)
- Process optimization and knowledge management expertise
- Comfort designing tiered support and location strategies (including offshore/global models)
- Familiarity with HR tech platforms (Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD, UKG, iCIMS)
