Associate Director, Drug Product & Tech Transfer

Next Generation Recruitment is seeking an experienced Associate Director - Drug Product to provide technical leadership across its external manufacturing network in Dublin, Ireland. The role requires strong experience in Oral Solid Dose (OSD) manufacturing and various pharmaceutical processes.

You will lead critical technology transfers, partner with Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs), and support product launches within a hybrid work model.
