Role Highlights
  • City centre office location
  • Part of a 10 person Building Surveying team based in Bristol
  • Exposure to a full range of instructions across diverse commercial property sectors (minimal public sector work)
  • Workload split of approximately 40% project/contract administration and 60% surveys
  • Predominantly local work
  • Strong opportunities for career progression
Working Environment & Benefits
  • Based in a recently refurbished Bristol office, featuring panoramic city views and modern amenities such as co working spaces, personal lockers, showers, and bike storage
  • A vibrant office of around 130 professionals, with a collaborative culture, regular social events, and networking opportunities
  • Part of one of the region's largest and most experienced Building Surveying teams, many of whom have been with the business for over a decade
  • Opportunity to work alongside highly respected professionals within the industry
  • Access to an enviable client base, including institutional investors actively investing in property - ensuring a strong pipeline of work into 2026 and beyond

  • A strong commitment to career development, with a structured progression plan from day one and genuine long term opportunities (e.g. the current Head of Building Surveying started as a graduate)

  • Generous annual leave, with the option to purchase up to 10 additional days
  • Car allowance and electric car scheme
  • Pension contributions of up to 12% from the employer
