Job Description
Responsibilities of the Associate Director 
- Leading and managing a portfolio of high-value projects from feasibility through to final account
- Mentoring and developing a team of Quantity Surveyors and Cost Managers
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, with a focus on business development
- Taking ownership of commercial reporting, risk management, and cost control across projects
- Working closely with Directors on strategic growth of the Edinburgh office
- Strong background in quantity surveying/cost management within a consultancy setting
- Proven experience managing projects across sectors such as commercial, residential, or public sector
- Demonstrable leadership and mentoring experience
- Ambition to progress toward Director level
