Associate Director - Industrial & Logistics

Job Title: Senior Surveyor or Associate Director (experience dependent)
Location: 3rd Floor Connaught House 1 Burlington Road Dublin 4 D04 C5Y6
Reports to: Head of Industrial & Logistics

The role

• Member of the CBRE Industrial & Logistics Team
• Providing advice to clients in the following areas:
  • Leasing and Sales
  • Occupier Representation
  • Development
  • Land Sales and Acquisitions
  • Valuation/Consultancy
  • Research

What is required

• Chartered Surveyor via SCSI/RICS or working towards Chartership
• Candidates should have a general knowledge and understanding of the commercial property market
• Excellent communication skills and capable of building their own client base
• Ability to build rapport and develop good relationships with clients and colleagues
• Excellent report writing, analytical, numerical skills and strong attention to detail (Red Book Valuation/Professional Services experience an advantage)
• Highly organised and motivated with ability to work on own initiative
• IT Skills - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
