We are working on behalf of one of the UK's leading Engineering and Commercial Property Consultancies, which due to growth, is now looking for an Associate Director with Mechanical or Electrical Asset Engineering skills for their Birmingham office.

This position is ideal for individuals with a background in Electrical or Mechanical building services consultancy, either at this level or seeking to advance to a more technical in-house consultancy environment. The role involves working across multiple sectors, including commercial blue-chip clients, financial and banking organizations, real estate managing agents, government organizations, and private sector prestigious clients.

Key Requirements:

• Technically minded with Electrical, Mechanical, or Air Conditioning expertise
• HVAC experience and knowledge
• Ambitious and driven
• Career-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in Building Services MEP Asset Management Engineering/Consultancy
• Skills in Technical Due Diligence, Condition Surveys, Performance Specifications, Plant Replacement Projects, Maintenance Strategies, Life Cycle Costing, and Development Monitoring
• Ability to build and maintain deep understanding of existing clients
