We seek a candidate with strong experience in forecasting, predictive modelling, and an understanding of drivers analysis/regression who is also keen to be client-facing.

The Role:
The company has partnered with their client for many years, developing a CX tracking system that incorporates real-time feedback across key customer journeys and touchpoints, integrated with behavioral and operational data. This system supports decision-making by helping to:
- Establish what's important
- Identify where to act
- Prioritize and optimize
- Monitor and evaluate impact
To maintain high standards, they require an Associate Director focused on analysis and insight delivery. You will be passionate about creating value through deep analysis of survey and operational data.
This is a broad role where your technical skills and client-facing abilities will be equally important.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Project Management
- Working with statistical packages (such as SPSS, Q, and R)
- Insight Delivery
- Relationship building and development
- Supporting and mentoring juniors
