Panoramic Associates are seeking an Associate Building Surveyor to join a leading consultancy and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of diverse built environment projects. Our Client operates within the built environment sector, delivering high-quality services across public, residential, educational, healthcare, commercial, and insurance sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver building surveying services, primarily focusing on project work across various sectors
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to client requirements
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, supporting business development initiatives
• Oversee and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment
• Conduct technical reviews to uphold service quality standards
• Coordinate with in-house multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project delivery
• Participate in financial forecasting and strategic planning for project portfolios

Essential Skills & Experience

• MRICS qualification with significant consultancy experience, ideally within public sector projects
• Proven track record of managing building surveying projects from inception to completion
• Strong commercial acumen and enthusiasm for winning new work
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload effectively
• Leadership experience in supervising and guiding team members
