Associate

A growing London-based architecture practice is seeking Associates to join its team. This is a key leadership role for candidates with experience running large-scale, design-led projects and managing teams across all RIBA work stages.

About the Role

They're looking for highly organised, detail-focused architects who can:

• Lead complex projects (£50m-£200m construction value)
• Oversee teams and deliver to high design and technical standards
• Confidently present to clients and consultants
• Guide design processes and coordinate deliverables
• Navigate UK Building Regulations and technical detailing
• Work fluently in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite

Excellent communication, leadership, and project planning skills are essential.
