Job Summary: Join a boutique PQS consultancy in London's West End, focusing on Project Management in commercial office refurbishments and bespoke residential projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver projects managing all RIBA stages.
  • Develop business and inspire clients and team.
  • Maintain exceptional client and delivery management standards.

Qualifications:

  • MRICS / MAPM accreditation.
  • Construction or surveying degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of post graduation UK construction consultancy experience as a Project Manager.
  • Experience with JCT D&B project delivery.
  • UK right to work (no VISA transfer required).

Salary: £80k - £85k basic + benefits (negotiable based on skill/experience).
