Job Description
Assistant Store Manager

Contract: 6 month fixed term, 28 hours per week. Full flexibility required across 7 days, including weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager with day to day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence.
  • Inspire and support staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey that reflects the company values.
  • Ensure the highest standard of customer service.
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain a high standard of visual merchandising.
  • Maximise sales through both physical and digital channels.
  • Support recruitment and development of volunteers.
  • Achieve expectations within campaign activities.
  • Work with the manager to generate stock.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a customer facing role.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Commercially driven, encouraging new ideas.
  • Inclusive approach to developing teams.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving the highest retail standards.
