Job Description
Assistant Store Manager 
Contract: 6 month fixed term, 28 hours per week. Full flexibility required across 7 days, including weekends and bank holidays.
Responsibilities- Support the Store Manager with day to day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence.
- Inspire and support staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey that reflects the company values.
- Ensure the highest standard of customer service.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain a high standard of visual merchandising.
- Maximise sales through both physical and digital channels.
- Support recruitment and development of volunteers.
- Achieve expectations within campaign activities.
- Work with the manager to generate stock.
- Experience in a customer facing role.
- Supervisory experience.
- Commercially driven, encouraging new ideas.
- Inclusive approach to developing teams.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving the highest retail standards.
