Assistant Store Manager - Flexible Hours & Team Leadership

Oliver Bonas Limited in Kingston upon Thames is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work alongside the Store Manager to drive sales and lead a busy team. You will motivate colleagues, deliver exceptional customer service and help shape a welcoming store environment.

In this flexible contract role, you will work a fixed number of hours across various days and shifts, with your rota set in advance. You will engage with KPIs, support development, and uphold OB standards and values every day.
