Assistant Store Manager - 6 month FTC

• Partner with your Store Manager - work together on rota planning, sales strategies, and plans to make colleagues and customers even happier.

• Own the operations side - take care of rota management, inventory, cash handling, and all essential back-office work that keeps the store running smoothly.
• Develop your team and make targets fun - you're great at coaching, know exactly what to say to help people grow, and you turn sales into a game everyone wants to play.
• Be a brand ambassador - you look polished and professional, and pay attention to every detail that matters for a luxury boutique.
