Assistant Site Manager - Residential Build (9-Month Contract)

Untypical Limited seeks an Assistant Site Manager for our site at Tanton Field on a 9 month fixed term contract. You will support the Site Manager, coordinate trades, and ensure build and sales procedures are followed.

Role requires NVQ4 in Site Management and CSCS Gold; SMSTS and First Aid at Work are also expected. You will manage on-site resources, uphold safety standards, and maintain client relations throughout delivery.
