Assistant Shop Manager - Lead Merchandising & Team

St Richard's Hospice in Pershore is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to support the Shop Manager in running the busy Pershore shop. You will lead and motivate a small team of volunteers, oversee merchandising, and help drive income targets to support hospice care.
