Lead and coach the team to deliver an excellent guest experience while achieving financial targets. This role requires supervisory-level catering or bar management experience, strong leadership, financial awareness and communication skills.
What you will be doing- Lead and coach colleagues to maintain high service standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction by proactively addressing queries and concerns
- Monitor and achieve financial targets through effective cost control and analysis
- Support back of house operations and work across units with varying service styles
- Utilise strong computer literacy and analytical skills for reporting and planning

- Full time contract, with shifts falling between 2pm and 11pm
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4 week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
- This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays
- Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday
- Proven ability to lead teams in a fast paced environment
- Strong computer literacy and analytical skills
- Previous supervisory experience at a similar level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to perform under pressure
